Counseling Center

The Counseling Center's mission is to provide a range of psychological and counseling services to meet the mental health and developmental needs of Morgan students, as well as provide a number of programs including Introduction to the University Program, 1:1 Personal Counseling, and Personal Development Workshops.

Introduction to the University Program

The School of Engineering highly recommends that accepted students participate in the Introduction to the University Program in July. This residential 5-day orientation to the university includes the placement test, advisement, course selection and registration, social activities, and other interactions with student services, faculty, and staff. The program is offered twice in July and one week in August prior to classes. Students selected for the Pre-College Program should not register for the Introduction to the University Program. There are three options for participation including one option for parent participation.
