How do I find my advisor?
To find out who your advisor is, report to your respective departmental office:
Electrical and Computer Engineering

If a student cannot determine his assigned advisor, the student should report to the Retention Support Specialist in MEB 206, 443-885-4210 for assistance.
How do I get my pin number?
Each student is required to see their assigned advisor prior to registration for an approved course schedule. To receive a pin number, students must take an approved schedule to their particular department (i.e. CE, EE, IE). Departments only issue pin numbers for registration to those with an approved course schedule signed by an advisor.
How do I enroll in the mathematics engineering course sections?
The mathematics engineering courses sections are formulated to increase the pass rate of students by incorporating an extra two hours of lecture time. These particular math sections meet a total of six times a week, as opposed to the general four; and are located in the School of Engineering. If a student is interested or want to enroll in one of these particular engineering math sections, the student should report to the Retention Support Specialist in MEB 206, 443-885-4210 for assistance.
How do I obtain a user ID and password to use the engineering computer labs?
Engineering students must obtain an engineering student account in order to use the computers in the engineering laboratories and for e-mail. To obtain an account, you will need your student ID and report to Mitchell Room 219, the Network Operations Center (NOC), to fill out an application for an account. You may visit the NOC Monday-Friday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
